East-West Shrine announces virtual roster … The East-West Shrine game was cancelled some weeks ago because of the pandemic, but organizers have still announced a roster of players to recognize their outstanding senior seasons. In conjunction with the National Football League, the players will participate in virtual training sessions in preparation for the NFL Draft. They will participate in various virtual training/informational drills with current NFL coaches and members of the league’s operations staff. And in keeping with a long-standing tradition of co-operation with the Shriners Hospitals for Children some players will also participate in some virtual events with patients. Here is the full list of players who have been invited to participate in the program, although some of those players have also accepted invitations to the Senior Bowl the following week.
