Jags fire GM Caldwell … Jacksonville became the second team to fire its general manager this weekend when the Jaguars cut ties with G.M David Caldwell after the team’s 27-25 loss to Cleveland that dropped their record to 1-10 this fall. Caldwell has been in the job since 2013, but the Jaguars have a 39-87 record in his tenure, including this year’s mark which has left the Jaguars in prime position to get one of the top QBs in this year’s QB rich draft class. Earlier in the week, Detroit fired both G.M. Bob Quinn and head coach Matt Patricia.
