Bears tweak scout staff … Chicago has revamped its scouting staff by hiring former Baltimore national scout Joe Douglas to be the team’s new director of college scouting director. Douglas replaces Marty Barrett in the position after the latter’s contract was not renewed earlier this month. Meanwhile, Anthony Kelly has been named the Bears’ new director of pro scouting, while Christopher Prescott, a former Jets’ scout, as an area scout.
