They join Tampa Bay QB Jameis Winston, the first player selected this year, and Chicago WR Kevin White, the 7th pick overall, as #1 picks to have signed to date. Meanwhile, other teams to have signed picks today include Green Bay, which inked LB Jake Ryan and QB Brett Hundley, their 4th and 5th round picks respectively, while the New York Jets agreed to terms with 5th round OG Jarvis Harrison; Cleveland signed 6th round TE Randall Telfer; and Indianapolis signed 5 picks including SS Clayton Geathers (5th), NT David Parry (6th), RB Josh Robinson (6th), LB Amarlo Herrera (6th) and OT Denzelle Good (7th).
