Browns IR #2 pick; claim waived ‘Phins 5th … It was a busy day in Cleveland as the Browns lost one top pick to injury, but picked up another off waivers. The Browns placed promising FS Grant Delpit, their second round pick this past April, on injured reserve after he ruptured an achilles tendon that will require surgery. At the same time, the Browns were able to claim DE Curtis Weaver, a 5th round pick by Miami, off waivers. The Dolphins had waived Weaver after he suffered a foot injury at practice.
