MAC CB Rugamba opts out … Miami of Ohio senior CB Emmanuel Rugamba has announced that he will forego his final season of eligibility and begin preparing for the 2021 draft. The 5-10, 190-pound Rugamba started his college career at Iowa where he played two seasons before transferring to Miami. After sitting out a year in 2018 due to the NCAA’s transfer rules, Rugamba had a breakout year last fall picking up 85 tackles along with one interception and nine pass deflections.
