Orange LB second to enter supp draft … Syracuse OLB Shyheim Cullen announced on social media earlier today that he has been accepted into next month’s NFL supplemental draft. Cullen had been suspended by the school for the spring semester after he failed to make the grade academically. Cullen is the second player to have indicated they will be in this summer’s supp draft joining West Virginia WR Marcus Simms who declared yesterday. The 6-0, 225-pound Cullen was primarily a top special teamer, but did start 4 games last fall; he is unlikely to be selected at this year’s supp draft, but should get some free agent consideration.
