Second top QB prospect to skip draft … The NFL’s plans to market the heck out the move of the draft outside New York took another hit when Oregon QB Marcus Mariota revealed that he will not be attending this year’s draft in Chicago, but instead will spend the day with his family in Hawai’i. Meanwhile, Florida State’s Jameis Winston, the prospective #1 pick this year, has pretty much confirmed that he will be watching the draft at home with his grandmother who raised him because she is ill and could not make the trip to Chicago.
