Beckham trade unflips picks from Vernon deal … apparently, there is an unreported aspect of last night’s blockbuster deal in which the Giants sent star WR Odell Beckham to Cleveland for the 17th pick in this year’s opening round, a 3rd round pick (#95) as well as SS Jabrill Peppers. The Giants will also get back the 4th rounder (#132) that they sent to the Browns in an earlier deal for DE Olivier Vernon, while the Browns will get back a 5th rounder (#155).
