Comp picks announced … The NFL has announced that 32 compensatory picks have been assigned to a total of 15 teams for the 2019 draft. Washington, Arizona and Super Bowl champion New England lead the way with 4 comp picks, while Minnesota, Cincinnati and the LA Rams get three extra picks each. At the same time, Atlanta and Philadelphia both get two comp picks. Washington also gets the earliest comp pick this year, #96 at the end of the third round. The big winners in that third round, though are the Patriots and Rams would get two premium comp picks each, while Carolina and Baltimore also get an extra 3rd rounder.
