Hog CB in draft; Boiler LB out … One more player to be added to the list of underclassmen declaring for the 2019 draft as Arkansas junior CB Ryan Pulley has announced that he will be foregoing his final year of college eligibility and entering the upcoming draft. The 5-11, 195-pound Pulley had a breakout year in 2016 when he had 13 pass breakups as a sophomore, but didn’t play the following year because of a pectoral injury suffered in the season opener that year. This past season he was back in the starting lineup where had 3 picks and 7 total pass breakups, but was suspended for the season finale after he and another teammate were reportedly seen chatting up their opponent’s cheerleaders during pre-game warm-ups the previous week. Pulley’s announcement brings the number of underclassmen who have declared in one or another that they will be entering the 2019 draft to 110 with still a week to go before next Monday’s deadline to get paperwork to the NFL office for juniors and redshirt sophomores to be eligible for the upcoming draft. Meanwhile, rising Purdue junior ILB Markus Bailey has confirmed he will be back at school for his senior season next fall.
