49ers OT win vaults Cards back into top pick … As a result of San Francisco’s dramatic overtime win over Seattle earlier this evening, Arizona, which got thumped in Atlanta in an early afternoon game, will take over the #1 pick overall in the opening round selection order for the 2019 draft were it to be held this week.
