Titans, Panthers cut picks … As we’ve noted most teams don’t formally announce their cuts until after today’s 4 PM ET deadline, however, some teams have jumped the gun. And among the early cuts we have our first 2018 draft picks released as Tennessee waived QB Luke Falk, while Carolina released DT Kendrick Norton; Falk was a 6th rounder, while Norton was a 7th round pick.
