UM OT forced to retire … Michigan OT Grant Newsome, who was once considered to be a legit first-round prospect, has opted to retire from football because of the lingering effects of a gruesome leg injury he suffered in 2016. Newsome made a miraculous recovery just to get back on the field as he literally had to learn to walk all over again, but the threat of further damage to the leg was just too great.
