No combine for Vols’ LB … A day after he was charged with sexual assault, former Tennessee MLB A.J. Johnson has had his invitation to next week’s scouting combine in Indianapolis rescinded by the NFL. Johnson was one of two UT players charged stemming from an incident back in mid-November. Johnson, who was suspended indefinitely by the school when word of the police investigation of the incident became known, had been considered to be one of the better prospects at the position for the 2015 draft.
