Pitt suspends 3 including top safety prospect … With fall training camp set to open on Monday, Pittsburgh has suspended three players including star junior safety Jordan Whitehead, for what is described by the school as a violation of team policy. Whitehead, a potential second day prospect for the 2018 draft, will miss the Panthers’ season opener against FCS Youngstown State as well as high-profile, non-conference games with Penn State and Oklahoma State.
