More off-field issues for Ducks WR … Oregon junior WR Darren Carrington, who is generally expected to forego his remaining year of collegiate eligibility and make himself available for the 2017 draft, will have another off-field issue to explain to NFL personnel people, after he was accused of pushing another student off a curb on Halloween weekend, resulting in the 22-year-old victim suffering a broken arm. Carrington is no stranger to off-field issues as he missed the CFP national championship game against Ohio State in 2014 after he failed a drug test which also sidelined him for the first half of the 2015 season. Carrington was also cited for an open container violation just as he was set to return from the latter suspension. The 6-2, 195-pound Carrington, a big-play threat who has 35 receptions for almost 500 yards and three scores this fall after averaging 19 yards per catch in both 2014 and 2015, is ranked as the 7th best WR prospect for the upcoming draft and 79th rated overall prospect for the upcoming draft.
