Heels’ LB done for year … North Carolina OG Caleb Peterson, a second-tier type prospect for the 2017 draft, will reportedly miss the rest of the year with a back injury. The 6-5, 300-pound Peterson, who started 42 games for the Tar Heels will will undergo surgery later today. Because he has already redshirted, it is unlikely that Peterson will be eligible for any extra eligibility. And if missing half the season wasn’t bad enough for his draft prospects, the NFL could be extra wary in April about a back issue.
