SF gets Steelers pick in trade for vet TE McDonald and pick … San Francisco has traded veteran TE Vance McDonald to Pittsburgh in exchange for flipping 4th and 5th round picks at the 2017 draft. The 49ers will get the Steelers fourth-round selection this coming April, while Pittsburgh gets the 49ers 5th rounder to complete the deal. McDonald, a second-round pick in 2013, had 24 receptions for a career-high 391 yards and four touchdowns last season.
