Pre-season mock posted … As promised, to help folks wile away the hours until Dallas and Philadelphia kick-off the 2025 regular schedule later this evening, here is our annual pre-season projection for next year’s draft, which for the record is now just 230 days away. Of course, plenty can and will change between now and the end of April, so please don’t anybody write in asking “what we are smoking because the Buckaroos would never take a …” because all we are really trying to do is give people some early idea on what players might be and where they might go based on current thinking. Also note that we have not included many of the top 3rd year prospects including QBs Arch Manning of Texas and South Carolina’s LaNorris Sellars as they are just far less likely to enter the draft early given all the NIL-related changes sweeping the college football world so we’d rather wait and see which way they are leaning.
