No rest for NFL personnel departments … They turned out the lights on the 2016 scouting combine in Indianapolis, but there won’t be much rest for NFL personnel people as the annual pro day circuit starts later this week with workouts at Vanderbilt and Northern Arizona on Thursday, followed by a half dozen or so more on Friday including workouts at Arizona State, Nebraska and Kentucky.
