Wow. Washington’s John Ross just posted the fastest time ever for the 40 with a 4.22 clocking, although let’s wait for the final time. But gain Wow and he looked like he was barely braking a sweat. Now a tough call for NFL teams as the bigger issue for Ross though may be his overall health. He’s had two major knee injuries, one of which involved microfracture surgery, as well as a shoulder injury that will require surgery later this month. Meanwhile, Tennessee’s Josh Malone got the 2nd group of receivers to a great start with a 4.41 time. Also nice time of 4.44 by Stanford’s Michael Rector.
