TCU DE arrested … Texas Christian DE Mike Tuaua, a decent second-tier prospect for the 2016 draft who had 5 sacks last fall, was arrested earlier this afternoon on felony robbery charges following a fight this past weekend after which he and at least one other player allegedly absconded with a case of beer.

Ole Miss safety to miss month … Mississippi junior DB Tony Conner, an underrated second-day prospect for the 2016 draft, will miss at least the next four games after suffering a torn meniscus in the Rebels’ huge win over Alabama in Tuscaloosa on Saturday. Conner is scheduled to undergo surgery tomorrow.

Vols’ DE/OLB out indefinitely with hip … Tennessee DE/OLB Curt Maggitt, a potential mid-round prospect for the 2016 draft, is out indefinitely with a hip injury suffered early in the  Vols’ overtime loss to Oklahoma on Saturday. The 6-3, 255-pound Maggitt had 11 sacks last fall.
