Dolphins get new G.M. … Earlier today, Miami introduced long-time personnel staffer Chris Grier as the team’s new general manager. Grier takes over from Dennis Hickey who ‘parted ways’ with the club yesterday. Grier, Grier, who has been the Dolphins’ director of college scouting for the past nine years, will report to VP of Football Operations Mike Tannenbaum.
