Tua has virtual pro day; video on way to teams … Just hours after reports circulated that he had failed the physical of at least one NFL team, Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa went through what is being described as an hour long pro day type private workout earlier today. The workout was videotaped and copies are being distributed to all 32 NFL teams in hopes of allaying concerns about Tagovailoa’s hip. Tagovailoa reportedly went through a scripted workout in which he threw as many as 75 passes. If healthy, Tagovailoa would be a lock to be one of the first 2-3 players off the board on april 23rd, but his status has been unclear since he underwent season-ending surgery in November to repair a fractured hip. here have reports in recent weeks that despite the fact that Tagovailoa has been cleared to play again that teams are concerned about his long-term dyurability.
