Two weeks to go and counting … Hard to believe, but the 2019 draft gets underway just two weeks from today. Again, though, as we’ve noted there really isn’t much buzz about. The one real issue percolating these days is what’s up with Ohio State QB Dwayne Haskins’ status. There are some rumblings that Haskins is slipping on boards across the league and may no longer even be the #2 QB taken later this month. At the same time, though, there are other sources that dispute the whole notion. In the end, its possible we won’t know for sure until the 25th. Meanwhile, for those that haven’t seen it yet, ESPN has an interesting piece out this morning detailing Haskins’ Ohio State teammate Nick Bosa’s decision to stop playing for the Buckeyes’ last fall.
