Wild card games settle 4 draft slots … With the NFL’s wild card weekend now in the books four more positions in the opening round selection order for the 2017 draft have been settled. As reported earlier, Detroit will have the 21st pick overall, Miami will chose 22nd, the Giants 23rd and Oakland 24th. In addition, because those 4 teams all had different records during the regular schedule, they will maintain those picks throughout each round. Four more picks – #s 25 thru 28 – will be decided after next weekend’s conference semi-final games, while the 29th and 30th picks will go the losers of the conference championship games. The final two picks of course go to the loser (#31) and winner (#32) of the Super Bowl
