Watson meets second time with Saints … There had been some expectation that Deshaun Watson might make a decision as early as yesterday on where he wants to play after he completed meetings with the four teams that made Houston competitive trade offers. There were reports that Watson was ‘torn’ on his decision, although there are now late reports just emerging that Watson actually met with New Orleans for a second time late last evening and that the Saints are frantically trying to create some extra cap space.
