Top SEC RB won’t play under rebel flag … Mississippi State RB Kylin Hill, the SEC’s leading rusher in 2019, has informed program officials via Twitter that he will not play for the school until the state flag of Mississippi is changed. The state flag of Mississippi includes the confederate logo. In fact, Mississippi is the only U.S. state that still has the confederate logo on it’s flag. Interestingly, Hill had originally declared early entry for the 2020 draft, but withdrew to return for his senior season after Mike Leach was hired as the head coach. The 5-10, 215-pound Hill, who rushed for 1,350 yards and 10 TDs last fall, is currently rated as the 3rd senior RB and 8th overall RB on the GBN rankings.
