Tide QB Jones, RB Harris out of Senior Bowl game … It appears unlikely that Alabama QB Mac Jones will play in Saturday’s Senior Bowl game after he tweaked an ankle during today’s practice session. Jones, the highest rated QB in Mobile this week, reportedly had a solid week of practice until having the ankle rolled on today. Jones will join backfield mate RB Najee Harris on the sidelines on Saturday. Harris participated in practices on Tuesday and Wednesday, but didn’t feel 100% because of an ankle injury he suffered earlier this month during Alabama’s national championship win over Ohio State and opted not to workout today or play on Saturday. We’ll also be looking for any updates on the status of Washington DT Levi Onwuzurike who was arguably the star of the first two days of practice, but wasn’t in pads today.
