Sooner LB suffers another knee injury

Sooner LB suffers another knee injury … Oklahoma senior ILB Caleb Kelly reportedly suffered a serious knee injury that on-field tests indicate is likely a torn ACL. Kelly also tore an ACL last fall, although he was able to return for the Sooners’ final 4 games. The 6-2, 235-pound Kelly was expected to move inside this season to replace Kenneth Murray, a first-round pick by by the L.A. Chargers at the 2020 draft. Assuming he doesn’t play in more than 4 games this season, he would be able to apply for a 6th year medical redshirt for the 2021 college season, should he choose to want to go that route rather than enter the 2021 Draft.
