Canadian WR work out okay for NFL scouts … Former Calgary WR Rashaun Simonise, one of 6 players eligible for Thursday’s summer supplemental draft, worked out in front of scouts from a half dozen NFL teams earlier today. The 6 teams that made the trip to Calgary included Arizona, Indianapolis, Washington, Los Angeles, Green Bay and the New York Jets. No official results were announced, but Simonise reportedly measured in at 6-5, 201. Running in rainy, windy conditions, Sinonise reportedly was clocked in 4.71 running the 40 into the wind and 4.52 with the wind. The average was around 4.6 seconds, though that was likely not in the area of what Simonise was looking for. Meanwhile, Simonise also had a solid 35-inch vertical and a 10-3 standing long jump.
