Saturday college QB coverage

November 22, 2024

Saturday college QB coverage … There are only 2 more weeks in the regular college football schedule which means there’ll only be 2 more chances to see the top QB prospects for the 2025 draft, at least in a regular season setting. Fortunately, though, almost all will be playing in nationally televised games tomorrow. In no particular order, Miami’s Cam Ward plays at Noon ET on ESPN when the Hurricanes host Wake Forest; also at Noon, Mississippi’s Jaxson Dart foes against the Gators in Florida; at 3:30 PM ET, Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders leads his Buffs into Kansas on FOX, Texas and Quinn Ewers host Kentucky on ABC, and Drew Allar and Penn State play at Minnesota on CBS; and finally at 7:30 PM ET on ABC Alabama and Jalen Milroe play at Oklahoma. Also as an added note: maybe the best one-on-one matchup of the day will be in that Penn State-Minnesota game when rising Gophers’ OT Aireontay Ersery (#69, 6-5, 330)  battles the Lions’ dynamic edge rushers Abdul Carter (#11, 6-3, 26) and Dani Dennis-Sutton (#33, 6-5, 275). Have a great weekend!!
