Rising Cowboys’ ER enters draft

December 3, 2018

Rising Cowboys’ ER enters draft … It was one of the worst kept secrets around the Oklahoma State program, but rising junior edge rusher Jordan Brailford has confirmed that he will be bypassing on his final year of college eligibility and entering the 2019 draft where he is projected to be a second-day pick. The 6-3, 250-pound Brailford, who is actually a 5th year junior having missed two years because of injury, had a breakout this fall when he posted 9 sacks. Finally healthy, Brailfordwas used in a variety of ways in the Cowboys’ defense as he moved around from a traditional defensive end role, to a stand-up edge rusher, while also occasionally as a MLB. Brailford is the 2nd Oklahoma State junior to declare today, joining RB Justice Hill who made his announcement earlier today.
