Reynolds, Swain to defer service

Navy grads allowed to defer service, get chance to play in NFL … Former Navy stars Keenan Reynolds and Chris Swain got some good news at yesterday’s graduation ceremony when U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter announced that they would be allowed to defer their military service to play in the NFL. Reynolds, the record-setting QB for the Midshipmen, was selected in the 6th round of the 2016 draft by Baltimore, while Swain, a FB, was signed as an undrafted free agent by San Diego.
