QB Sorsby cleared to enter 2027 draft; won’t sue … The on-going soap opera involving QB Brendan Sorbsy may have finally been resolved, or at least as much as it is going to be, as the NFL has confirmed that he will be eligible for the 2027 draft. For his part, Sorsby, along with the NFLPA, have agreed not to sue the league after it refused to grant him eligibility for a supplemental draft earlier this month. In the meantime, Sorsby says he’ll focus on preparing for next year’s draft, while he also works on those gambling addiction issues that got him suspended from the NCAA in the first place. Which in the end, might very well be Sorsby’s best course of action.
