QB Iamaleava confirms UCLA commit … Former Tennessee QB Nico Iamaleava has confirmed that he has indeed officially transferred to UCLA. There were reports linking the two late last week, but there was also a glitch or two in the negotiations. Iamaleava, one of the top returning QBs in college football, shockingly entered the transfer portal last week after the Vols turned down his request to up his NIL payments and wished him well elsewhere. The question for the UCLA program is what happens to QB Joey Aguilar whom they signed from Appalachian State earlier this year, but is reportedly already reaching out to other programs to find himself a new starting gig. Such is the wonderful, wacky new world of college football.
