The regular college football season has concluded, with Bowl Games just around the corner. College players are already declaring their intent to enter the Draft, or stay in school. Many of those opting to return for another college season are also entering the Transfer Portal. And the acceptance lists for the major Star games are filling in nicely. The Senior Bowl is approaching 100 commitments as I write this. So it seems like a good time to post a new Top 25. It has also been two weeks since the Thanksgiving list was released. So it is time, and yes, more changes are included.

?! ANTHONY RICHARDSON QB Florida The most athletically gifted QB talent since CAM NEWTON came out of Auburn. But RICHARDSON has even less post-High School playing experience that CAM , who went the JC route before one year as a starter in D1 Football. But RICHARDSON is raw and nowhere near ready to start in the NFL. Watching him play in some games this season has been painful to my eyes. Go find tape of the Florida/FSU game. He has declared for the 2023 Draft and based on talent & potential I expect some team to take a flyer on him late in Round 1. Good luck to that team and fan base, and most of all good luck to Mr. Richardson.
