UGA ER; TCU WR rise in Pigskin’s latest top 25 prospects ranking … GBN Associate Editor Pigksin Paul Guillemette has updated his ranking of the Top 25 prospects overall for the 2023 draft. And while there aren’t a lot of surprises in his top ten, Pigskin has Georgia ER Nolan Smith up to #12 and TCU WR Quentin Johnson one spot later. He also added SMU WR Rashee Rice to the list. For those not familiar with Rice, he is a 6-2, 205-pound 4th year senior who has 17 catches for almost 300 yards and 3 scores in the Mustangs two games so far this season.
