PENN

As many as 20 NFL teams were at the Penn workout where record-setting WR Justin Watson made some noise. Watson, who is listed at 6-3, 225, ran the 40 in an unofficial 4.42 seconds, had a 40″ vertical as well as 20 reps in the BP, each of which would have been among the top 5-6 figures at the position at the combine. Watson also had decent times in the agility drills and caught the ball well. Watson is a three-time FCS All-American who was also a Walker Payton finalist in each of the past two years when he had a total of 170 receptions for over 2,000 yards.
