Pair of college QBs find new homes

Pair of college QBs find new homes … A couple more college QBs have found new homes. D.J. Uiagelei, who started the past two years at Clemson, has indicated that he will be transferring across the country to Oregon State. At the same time, Kedon Slovis, who has already played at Southern California and most recently Pittasburgh, is on the move again, this time to BYU where it is expected he will replace Jaren Hall. On the other hand, North Carolina redshirt freshman QB Drake Maye, a likely very high pick in 2024, is denying media reports that he has received a couple of NIL offers in the $5M range and at least publicly is saying he is committed to the Tar Heels. Problem with the whole issue is that if Maye did receive those offers he’s not currently in the transfer portal and those offers would be against the rules. Stay tuned!
