OU DE Bledsoe in draft; Iowa QB Stanley out … No formal announcement per, se but Oklahoma junior DE Amani Bledsoe has accepted an invitation to the NFLPA Collegiate All-star game which puts him in the draft; as he has already graduated Bledsoe is eligible for all-star game play even if he is still technically a junior. At 6-4, 285, Bledsoe has NFL size, but he has never been overly productive; this year for example he had 32 tackles including a couple of sacks. And while a good student, Bledsoe was suspended for a year as the result a failed drug test which revealed that he had used a PED; Bledsoe ultimately sued as he claimed he took the PED unknowingly, although this is clearly something NFL teams are going to want to know more about. On the other hand, Iowa junior QB Nathan Stanley, who has been considered a possible top ten candidate at the position, has indicated that he will be returning for his senior year next fall.
