OSU QB reportedly fine

OSU QB Jones feeeling better; still in hunt to start … Updating yesterday’s report on Ohio State junior QB Cardale Jones, who was taken to the hospital earlier in the week with severe head pain. According to school officials Jones is fine and is expected to play when the Buckeyes  open defense of their national championship against Virginia Tech on Monday night. Jones, who is considered to be a potential opening round pick at the 2016 draft, is in a heated competition with with sophomore J.T. Barrett for the Buckeyes’ starting quarterback job. Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer indicates that a starter will be named on Saturday but that both guys are expected to play.
