NC State DE Bradley Chubb, a legit top 5 prospect for the 2018, was expected to be the big name at the Wolfpack pro day. Chubb got upstaged somewhat though by the surprise appearance of Patriots’ head coach Bill Belichek. Belichek was accompanied by the Patriots’ defensive line coach and while New England is unlikely to be in position to select Chubb, they will likely get looks at his D-linemates including DTs B.J. Hill, Justin Jones and Kentavius Street in later rounds. At the same time, though, a couple of teams which are very likely to be interested in Chubb were in attendance in Indianapolis director of college scouting Morocco Brown and Tampa Bay G.M. Jason Licht, whose teams have the 6th and 7th picks respectively.
