No QB for Cowboys at #4

“No QB for Cowboys at #4:” quote … One of the enduring questions regarding the 2016 draft is whether Dallas will take a QB with the 4th pick overall as a future replacement for incumbent starter Tony Romo who missed much of this past season with a colllarbone issue. However, according to highly respect NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt, taking a QB with that pick isn’t part of the Cowboy’s plan. According to Brandt, who spoke with Dallas owner/GM Jerry t Jones, he was told emphatically that he will ‘unequivocally’ not take a quarterback at #4. Of course, Jones could have just been blowing some smoke, but Brandt is not necessarily the type of individual one would use to do that. Stay tuned
