NFL exec Grigson back with Browns … again … Cleveland officially confirmed earlier today that veteran NFL personnel executive Ryan Grigson is returning to the organization as a senior football advisor. It will in fact be Grigson’s third tenure with the Browns whom he worked for in a similar role 2017, while he was a senior football advisor in 2020-21. Grigson spent the past three seasons in Minnesota where he was senior vice president for player personnel from 2022-24, and assistant general manager last season. The Browns also announced that Chris Cooper was being promoted to Senior Vice President for Football Administration from ‘just’ VP of Football Administration.
