NFL confirms draft to be held ‘at home’ … The NFL has confirmed that the 2020 draft, now 17 days away, will be conducted in a virtual format with team personnel working from their homes. The NFL also made it clear that team personnel will be required to be in separate locations using phones and the internet to communicate. As noted in reports in the past couple of days, most teams have already begun plans to hold the draft off-site; still if getting ready for the draft in the final couple of weeks isn’t hectic enough. Meanwhile, there are reports that ESPN and the NFL Network, the 2 major cable networks that cover the draft may team up this year for draft coverage, although ABC, which will also be providing coverage, still plans to have their own separate coverage.
