Michigan gets star RB back; lose TE … It was sort of a win one, lose one situation for Michigan as star RB Blake Corum has announced that he will be returning to the program next fall, whereas rising TE Luke Schoonmaker has confirmed that he will be entering the draft despite having another year of eligibility available. Corum, in fact, made several All-America teams after running for almost 1,500 yards and 18 TDs this fall; however, Corum missed both the Big Ten conference championship game as well as the Wolverines’ CFP semi-final loss to TCU after undergoing late season knee surgery. Meanwhile, in another college move of significance, Utah QB Cam Rising, who would have been a 3rd day prospect had he entered this year’s draft, has also said he’ll be returning to school next fall as will Stanford TE Ben Yurosek.
