Lions add ex-Phins GM Grier to front office … Detroit has added a little more experience to its front office as the Lions have reportedly hired former Miami general manager Chris Grier as a personnel executive. Grier spent more than two decades in the Miami organization, but was fired as GM last October. Grier actually began his scouting career with New England in 1995 and joined the Dolphins five years later.
