IOWA

All 32 NFL teams had reps at the Iowa pro day where star CB Josh Jackson was hoping to run a little better than at the combine where he had a somewhat disappointing 40 time of 4.56 seconds. And Jackson did reportedly run slightly faster at the Iowa workout but his unofficial time in the low 4.5 range isn’t likely enough to significantly change his final draft grade. Among former Hawkeyes not at the combine LB Ben Neimann reportedly had a good day as the 6-2, 235-pounder ran in the 4.6 range and showed some nice athleticism in positional drills. Meanwhile, injured OTs Ike Boettger and Boone Myers were at least able to workout. Boettger, who missed most of the 2017 season with a torn Achilles measured in at 6-6, 313 and ran the 40 in 5.30 seconds with a pretty good 29.5″ vertical for an OL. For his part, Myers clocked at 5.45 40 and had a 27.5″ vertical.
